I'm Raju Subramani. My interests sit at the intersection of product thinking, user experience, emerging AI, hands-on creation, travel, and photography.
Over the years, I have moved from shaping visual interfaces to understanding the deeper systems behind them—people, business models, workflows, technology, and the decisions that connect everything together.

My journey began with visual communication. I was drawn to how colour, typography, composition, and motion could influence the way people understand an idea. That curiosity gradually moved beyond the interface.

I enjoy turning ambiguity into structure—understanding the problem, connecting user needs with business reality, defining workflows, and shaping a clear product direction.
My experience spans enterprise platforms, marketplaces, digital learning, real-estate systems, operational tools, and community-driven products across India and the UAE.

Over more than eight years, I have worked across visual design, user experience, product strategy, conversion optimisation, team leadership, and AI-assisted product development.
My professional experience has involved enterprise and SaaS platforms across the UAE and India, including real estate, property operations, education, marketplaces, and internal business systems.
I have worked with multidisciplinary teams, facilitated research and stakeholder conversations, developed product roadmaps, shaped design systems, supported delivery, and mentored designers.
More recently, I have been exploring how a product thinker can use AI-assisted workflows to move from strategy and UX into working implementation—while keeping judgement, quality, and accountability human.
